TURN-KEY PROJECT

Architecture and Interior Design

We design with our heart and soul and create functional, aesthetical but most importantly and experiential space for every user. Our motive is to always use Solar-passive design techniques to create ecological buildings using local materials in our design palette. For us every design is unique for it has different climatology, topography and people to cater.

Conceptualization

Understanding the initial requirements of the client and site and creating concepts and mood boards.

Costing & Estimation

After final design, we create a costing estimate of the project for client's reference

2D & 3D Visualization

A thread between concept and working drawings, creating 2D and 3D visuals.

12.jpg

Material Procurement

Helping the clients in getting the work done and finding the right materials so that there is no bridge between the design and reality

Working Drawings

After finalization of the design we move to making working drawings which can be used for implementation

Skilled Labor

Always helping the clients in choosing the right people to bring our dreams into reality.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY+ ARCHITECTURAL, INTERIOR, LANDSCAPE DESIGN

2. PMC (Project Management and Consultancy): In this service, we provide architectural, structural, and landscape design, along with MEP services, 3D visualization, and finalization of brands and fixtures plus assign a team member to oversee the project on-site all the time as a consultant site supervisor. Our consultant coordinates with the contractor and masons, we train in mud and natural building techniques, management of materials, and conduct monthly site visits by the principal architect. In this, the Client would be handling all financial transactions with the contractor directly, but every construction activity that happens on the site is under our supervision, making sure there is no deviation from our natural building construction.

Code, Zoning, Property research

We research your property and make sure we can design and build the building you want on the property. We check for any setbacks, zoning or any other code issued by the local authorities.

Off Grid

Deciding on switching to sustainable off grid by using Solar Panels, Geothermal energy systems, Wastewater management to reuse, Water harvesting systems. All systems can have automated conventional backups

2.jpg

Site Survey

This allows for correct measurements of  the property including the location of existing trees, contours of the site and exact site dimensions and its connecting roads which is done by the surveyors and translated to us on drafting software.

Designing

Creating a perfect eco friendly design using natural materials, solar passive design and fulfilling the clients requirements and the site climatology, topography and environment

4.jpg

Soil Survey

Then we test the site soil to understand the soil components if its fit for mud construction and which kind of construction to be taken forward for which we also make samples

Construction

We start the construction which involves training people on site to do mud construction, natural material procurement, getting all the tools right and start creating samples for mud walls, plasters. After doing strength tests, we choose the right sample and hit the ground for a mud home. From designing to execution EVERYTHING HAPPENS UNDER OUR SUPERVISION

Research

We are always trying to make mud and other local materials a more popular choice of construction, that's why we are researching to create technical data of these alternative intuitive construction techniques as well.
